We wanted to inform you of the bad reception received in a campsite of your groupe ACSI in Germany at \"ROLAND campsite\" (I inclose the copy of the receipt which was given to me). To star(t, a payement only in cash was required by a lady at the reception, this woman was not unpleasant. Then we asked to fill the water tank or our van. The lady made us understand that the gentleman was going to telle us where we where to take the water.
This elderly gentleman was very unpleasant upon our arrival. The water point for vans and motorhomes does not exist, or a least it was not indicated tu us !
The fentleman showed us the dischwashing sinks ! We used bottles to fill the milimum we needed!
Then,once installed in the corner he wanted ans while we are preparing our meal, he demanded that we shift our vehicle a few centimeters to put exactly to his idea. We don\'t bother anyone. We also did not prevent the installation of another vehicle. This gentleman got angry whe we refused ans made comments tha we did\'nt understand because he spoke us in German, but his look and the way he spoke refleted his displeasure. The pitches are not delimited by a marking on the fround or even a number on apanel.
He left came back ten minutes later : still shouting. I used a translator to tell him that if we bothered him, we could leave after he refunded us the cash payment. Furious, he gestured to me with his finger on the temple that I was crazy and this while shouting ans making us understrand that he was going to take a picture. He went to get a camera and took a picture of our vehicle.
We stook up and did not move our vehicle. We asked the peaple in the motorhome next to us if we bothered them, to which they reprlied that we were\'nt bothering at all, that indeed they had found this gentleman very virulent towards us, and that this gentleman being old German ans us French .... !
This confirmed our impression.
We didn\'t move, but early the next morning we left the campsite so as not to see this old gentleman again.
His behavior was unacceptable and we wanted to inform you.
